Chef Jason Custer works side by side with local farmers and producers to source the ingredients that make our menu unique and refreshing. Making most things from scratch, we pride ourselves on quality and providing an exciting dining experience to all of our guests.
Seeds Bistro & Bar is located in the historic Tillinghast building in La Conner, WA. Believed to be the first seed company in Washington, and undoubtedly one of the oldest buildings in La Conner. The original wood floors and large windows create a charming atmosphere for any dining occasion.
Home to the oldest Beach tree in Washington, our deck is the perfect location to share a cocktail and nibble on a locally inspired dish.
We pay homage to Linda Freed, the originator of Seeds, each and every day with our Chef inspired dishes and exceptional customer service. Her vision and high standards are the foundation of our business.

At Seeds Bistro we pride ourselves on making local Skagit Valley produce available to everyone. We are a toward zero waste business, making every effort to decrease our global impact. Our ingredients are farm fresh and our menu is ever changing to incorporate a full range of seasonal, local produce.
